Responsibilities
This position is responsible for handling back office tasks, including assisting the marketing and sales teams of the Company. The individual will report directly to the office manager. Some of the duties include the following:
- Prepare internal reports, invoices and receipts, cheque vouchers
- Help manage inventory and co-ordinate the delivery of products to accounts
- Perform necessary administrative tasks and other back office duties
Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, or Accounting
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Friendly and hospitable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Persuasive, vibrant, confident, self-motivated and a team player with leadership potentials
- Efficient in multi-tasking, self-propelled, can work with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office suite
- Preferably 1-2 Yrs work experience
